Sailor Moon
One day, Usagi/Serena Tsukino, clumsy 2nd-year middle school student, encounters a talking cat named Luna. Luna tells her that she is destined to be Sailor Moon, "champion of love and justice", and she must search for the Moon Princess. Usagi finds friends that turn out to be the other destined Sailor Soldiers, and together they fight to save the world from the certain doom brought upon by the Dark Kingdom ruled by Queen Beryl.
Sailor Moon R
Sailor Moon R is split into two parts. During episodes 47-59, space aliens Ail and Ann, disguised as normal students, arrive on the planet. Their purpose on Earth is to gather energy for their life tree to survive. During episodes 60-88, Sailor Moon and the Sailor Soldiers fight against the Black Moon family to protect Chibi-Usa/Rini. We find out that Dimando is in love with Princess Serenity, and he wants her for himself.
Sailor Moon S
Sailor Moon and the Sailor Soldiers are up the Death Busters (Professor Tomoe, Kaorinite, the Witches 5, Mistress 9, and Pharaoh 90). The Death Busters plan to rule the world by using the energy from the pure heart crystals of innocent victims. The outer sailor soldiers (Neptune, Uranus, Pluto, and Saturn), make an appearance to help defeat the Death Busters.
Sailor Moon Super S
The senshi fight against the Dead Moon Circus (Zirconia, Nehelenia, the Amazon Trio, and the Amazoness Quartet), who wants to ultimately take over the world. This season is centered around Chibi-usa and her relationship with Helios/Pegasus.
Sailor Moon Sailor Stars
Sailor Moon Sailor Stars is split into two story parts.The first deals with an enemy they presumed dead: Nehelenia, who comes back with the intention of destroying everything that Sailor Moon loves. After Nehelenia is defeated, a new threat comes from beyond the solar system, along with new sailors, the Sailor Starlights. Determining whether they are friend or foe is harder than it looks. And on top of that, Mamoru/Darien has gone overseas to study and Seiya of the idol group the Three Lights is interested in Usagi.
